Gibsons has a wide range of knowledge and experience in providing consulting services to the Public Sector. We have worked with many of Queensland’s local government authorities as well as state and federal government departments.

We bring the same mix of practical knowledge and experience that we apply to our corporate clients to our government clients as well. We have, however, also developed an understanding of the priorities and governance demands of the public sector so our communication processes are clear and project expectations are met.

The work that we have undertaken includes the development of corporate plans, industry audits, process reviews, feasibility studies, action plans, case studies and economic development plans.
