Team Engineering Services is a substantial mining services business that was established in 1989 and now consists of two operating businesses, Team Engineering Services and Team Materials Handling Equipment.

The company focuses on providing services to the Bowen Basin coal mining industry and associated port facilities, but has also completed numerous projects around Australia and overseas. Team Engineering Services provides project management, construction services, fully integrated engineering, drafting, fabrication and field services on heavy mining and bulk materials handling equipment. Their special capability is finding innovative and economical ways to carry out difficult repair and maintenance jobs.

Team Engineering Services engaged Gibsons to prepare a comprehensive 5 year Strategic Plan to guide the future development of the business and ensure that their revenue growth actually returns an improved profit performance, rather than just an increase in costs.
