We have worked with a regional engineering services company in Mackay for the past 12 years as their consulting partner of choice from inception with four employees, to providing programs and outcomes for their current workforce of more than 800 staff. On a number of occasions, we have assisted the Queensland Department of State Development in a number of areas including surveys of regional industry groups to assist departmental executives in deciding how to most effectively deploy the most appropriate resources. On two accessions, provided specialist Defence Aerospace Market analysis to a Brisbane based multinational aerospace company. Generating more than $16 million of new business for a client in less than 8 months through tender submissions and other marketing initiatives. Providing a Bid Director for a team that developed a $300 million total facilities and services management tender response. Providing a Program Manager for a range of national security and IT-related projects post-September 11, including the full development and implementation of a ‘Sky Marshal’ program. Repositioning and revitalising an Internet Service Provider and a dotcom through merging the two companies and introducing quality change management processes, new organisational structures and aggressive business models. Designing the strategy, staffing operational procedures and workflow processes for the Australian Federal Olympic Security Intelligence Centre, which coordinated all international and Federal-level security intelligence support to the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. As part of this process, our team members also provided input into the Commonwealth Olympic strategic planning process at ministerial and cabinet level. Developing a training concept and support plan for the implementation of a new capability across an organisation of over 50,000 staff. Researching and presenting papers on international trade between Indonesia and neighbouring countries, including providing advocacy as part of ministerial and parliamentary forums.
